Change of Facade: Sinclair to Ludstone

Our sales consultant advised us this morning that Sinclair facade was disapproved by Woodlea's Design Review Panel, they deemed that the moulding and the metal work don't meet the modern contemporary design that Woodlea wants to maintain .

We heard the news while we were on our way to Craigieburn to drive by and view the Belmont facade from an ex display house. Belmont facade was OK, but we were not very impressed. It's too plain and simple.

After the trip to Craigieburn, we went to Cranbourne East and then to Tarneit to have one final look at our choices before our meeting with our sales consultant to finalise our structural changes.

When we saw the Ludstone facade in Tarneit, we didn't feel too bad anymore for the disapproval of Sinclair. My husband and I agreed that Ludstone facade in Tarneit (not in other display homes) is a very good second choice for us.

It looks very modern, contemporary, funky and different from the usual facade that we see a lot in display homes. It doesn't provide for a balcony, but it has plenty of windows in the first floor which is good for everyone to enjoy the view. With the balcony gone, we will have more space in the bedroom. It is also $3,000 cheaper than the Sinclair facade.

To get the actual facade look in the photo, we need to add more budget to the tiles and stone accents and for full render look, but this can be done as project improvements in future .
