Grand Master Bedroom Ensuite Approved!

A couple of days ago, we received an email from our PD sales consultant that our request to copy the grand master bedroom ensuite in their Forsyth 38 as displayed at Habitat, Tarneit has been approved. He sent us a copy of the plan for our review and this is how it looks:

The Original First Floor Plan

The Grand Master Bedroom Ensuite upgrade cost $3,890 which covers the following:

• Extended shower
• Extended vanity with double basin
• Enclosed toilet
• Free standing bath
• Extended walk-in robe 

The cost is basically the same as the original quote, but we will get an additional free standing bath in the ensuite instead of just upgrading the bathtub in the bathroom. The bathroom will remain with a bathtub. 

After a short hesitation on my husband's part because of the new toilet location, we advised our sales consultant that we're happy to proceed with the Grand Master Bedroom Ensuite plan. We even went to Tarneit display house to visualise the floor plan before we sent our confirmation.

I'm so over the moon just thinking of how beautiful our bedroom will look, I might not want to leave the house. Here are some pictures from the display house of this Grand Master Bedroom Ensuite:

The Extended Walk-In Robe

We will also add a sliding cavity door to the ensuite for privacy and sound insulation.

With this development, we can finalise our structural plan and move on with the next stage of our house building which is the colour selection.
